Contact us immediately if you have a problem with your order and we will work to resolve the issues as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace the item at no additional cost. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can resolve it quickly. -
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Because all products at Standard Decal are made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, color preference, or ordering mistakes. Please review your order details carefully before checkout. -
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After production begins, we can’t make changes or offer cancellations. -
Shipping Issues
If a package is lost in transit, we’ll help file a claim or send a replacement once the carrier confirms the loss. -
